The Utility Room is off the Bonus Room and is 14.5' x 12.5 and contains the well pump, water softener (2015), water heater (2023) and geothermal heat pump for heating and cooling the home as well as an additional storage area.
The Storage Area is off the Bonus Room and is 13' x 6', including under stairs storage - there are two lights in here as well as a large freezer that is able to be left as part of the sale
McAlpine Wells in Dayton MN provided the original service and is in business today.
The Geothermal system was installed by an Elk River company originally and is currently serviced by Massman Geothermal, also out of Elk River
OWNERS NOTE - UTILITY AND STORAGE AREAS WILL BE USED UNTIL OUR DEPARTURE AND WILL BE CLEARED OUT BY CLOSING
