Deck

This is a dual deck with a 3 step drop from upper to lower deck and is where the entertaining & scenery happens.  BBQ, outdoor meals, playground views and a lower fire pit all are accessible from the deck, as is the egress cover window that hovers over the 4th bedroom downstairs.  Here you will watch geese, swans, ducks, hawks, eagles, otter and beaver cover their territories and a great place for an outdoor television or projector movie night.  

It's currently equipped with an inflatable pool with saltwater system, sand filter and access from the lower deck.  This is a new pool in 2024 and the deck/pool area has hosted many events over the years.  Throw up some tiki torches in the Summer and a patio heater in the Spring & Fall and it's the oasis that ties the house and property together.  The pool setup can be replaced by a hot tub or simply removed prior to sale to expose a leveled 16x16 concrete surface for whatever is desired.
